We start by consulting with our clients. Whether our clients have design ideas already established and prepared, sample websites illustrating design concepts they like, are not quite sure what they want, or only know what they want when they see it – in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction we must first know what our customers are after.
Thereafter, we are able to conduct any applicable research. We research industry related websites and promotional material to ensure the design is appropriate and able to "wow" customers, conveying professionalism and dedication in our clients.
Then, we manually create our website design graphics and/or animations to ensure the most widely compatible, functional and fast loading web pages possible. We do not "slice", or use any automated software or technologies, to cut up graphics and automatically place them in a web page - every aspect of our website design process is performed to load in the fastest, most efficient and appealing way possible, something no automated program can compete with.
We then upload our first design draft to our website for client review, allowing our clients to guide us through the design process as we go along - ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. All of our clients recieve up to 3 free design alterations where we adjust the design to match their desires.
Once we have our clients approval on the initial design concept of the website, we continue designing and developing the website - implementing page content, forms, database integration or any other desired website functionality. Our clients have the opportunity to review the entire design process as we go along.
Only once completely satisfied with the entire appearance or "look and feel" of their new website design do we upload the website to our clients domain, making it "live".
